Garlic Chive Scones

- 326g All purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 Pinch salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 stick Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 2/3 cups Milk
Directions
Scones
- Whisk together 326g All purpose flour, 1 tbsp Baking powder, 1 Pinch salt, and 2 tbsp Sugar in a bowl.
- Chop garlic and chives. Add them in.
- Mush 1 stick of cold butter into the bowl.
- Crack two eggs into a separate bowl.
- Add 2/3 cups milk to the eggs. Whisk.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until the dough is just combined.
- Separate the dough in half, form two disks and cut each into 6 pieces.
- Freeze for 30 mins and bake at 425 for 20 mins.
