90 Second Gluten Free Bread

Ingredients

Bread

  • 3 tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp salted butter

Directions

  1. Melt butter in the microwave, mines took 45 seconds to melt.
  2. Use a fork or whisker to mix almond flour with egg, baking powder, butter.
  3. Place a round glass microwave-safe bowl for 90 seconds.
  4. Once done let it cool for 1 or 2 mins. And remove from a glass bowl.
  5. Cut in half.
  6. Grab a nonstick pan and add just a little bit of butter and melt it.
  7. Once the butter is melted it add the 2 pieces of bread until is nice and toasted.
  8. Once toasted, enjoy!
