Ingredients

- 3 tbsp Almond Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tbsp salted butter

- Melt butter in the microwave, mines took 45 seconds to melt.
- Use a fork or whisker to mix almond flour with egg, baking powder, butter.
- Place a round glass microwave-safe bowl for 90 seconds.
- Once done let it cool for 1 or 2 mins. And remove from a glass bowl.
- Cut in half.
- Grab a nonstick pan and add just a little bit of butter and melt it.
- Once the butter is melted it add the 2 pieces of bread until is nice and toasted.
- Once toasted, enjoy!
